Beto for Texas Campaign, Montgomery County, TX
Organized thousands of volunteers across Montgomery County for the 2018 Midterm Elections.
Managed five pop-up offices (temporary brick and mortar campaign infrastructure), where volunteers did voter contact work during GOTV.
Supervised 14 managers and 20 captains who coordinated hundreds of volunteers that ran block walk/canvass and phone bank trainings.
Onboarded and trained office managers, captains and daily volunteers, conducted goals reviews and offered feedback.
Prepared multiple daily reports, performed daily check-in calls with office managers and made daily confirmation and accountability calls for each office.
